Memotic’s economy is driven by **trading volume**, with a **10% fee on all in-platform transactions** (card trades, token swaps, etc.). This fee is distributed to incentivize engagement across all levels of the platform:

#### 🔹 Fee Allocation (from trading volume):

* **4% → Holding Pool**
  * Distributed to users who **hold $MEMO tokens**, vote regularly, or stake NFT cards
  * Encourages long-term participation and holding
* **4% → Challenge Pool**
  * Funds **weekly or seasonal challenges**, such as:
    * “Top battler this week”
    * “Most accurate predictor of political events”
    * “Faction with the most wins”
  * Boosts daily activity and competitive engagement
* **2% → Grand Prix Pool**
  * Grows over time and is awarded during **major seasonal events**
  * Tied to global or national political milestones (e.g., U.S. Presidential election, EU Parliament season, etc.)
  * Winners based on a mix of **battle rank + prediction accuracy + faction loyalty**
